Responsibilities
- Responsible for product design and delivery of the companys TradFi clearing and settlement platform
- Lead the product development roadmap and execution for the TradFi clearing and settlement platform focusing on backend capabilities
- Lead the design of full lifecycle management: trade reconciliation non-trade reconciliation anomaly detection error handling and settlement
- Define and monitor key system and business metrics (e.g. false positive rate processing time reliability) and advance continuous optimization through data and experimentation
- Partner with engineering product managers spot operations futures operations treasury and finance teams to design robust systems for settlement reconciliation and fund flow management
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to integrate systems and investigate issues
- Act as a hands-on contributor taking initiative to identify system/process gaps and driving end-to-end execution in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 3 years of product management experience preferably in clearing & settlement fintech or platform/infrastructure products
- Background in Accountancy and/or Finance is an advantage
- Deep understanding of settlement reconciliation ledger systems or fund flow design
- Familiarity with backend system design and APIs; comfortable working closely with engineering teams on system architecture
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with experience using metrics to guide product decisions
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects in a global or multi-region environment
- Demonstrated ownership and structured thinking with ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with external partners and stakeholders
