Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Specialistto support Coupang Taiwans rapid growth. This role will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies managing supplier relationships optimizing costs and ensuring procurement excellence across multiple categories.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced data-driven environment and has strong negotiation analytical and stakeholder management skills.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
Identify evaluate and onboard suppliers across key categories (e.g. logistics packaging indirect spend operations)
Drive cost optimization initiatives through negotiation benchmarking and supplier consolidation
Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including RFx (RFP/RFQ/RFI)
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality reliability and scalability
Partner cross-functionally with operations finance legal and business teams to support procurement needs
Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements
Analyze spend data and provide insights to improve procurement efficiency

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or related field
8 years of experience in procurement sourcing or supply chain management
Proven experience in vendor negotiation and contract management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Fluent communication skills in Mandarin and English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce retail or logistics procurement
Familiarity with Taiwan supplier market
Strong data analysis skills (Excel SQL or procurement tools)
Experience working in multinational or high-growth companies
MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g. CPSM CIPS)
