We are looking for a Procurement Manager to support our team. The regular work location will be in Taipei. This position will start as a permanent employment contract with an average of 40 working hours per week (Mo-Fr) 8 hours per day(10:00-19:00). Start at the earliest possible date.

Tasks/Description 工作內容
| Oversee and manage end-to-end procurement activities for materials equipment and external services in compliance with company policies and procedures. |
| 全面負責物料設備及外包服務之採購作業確保符合公司政策與流程 |
| Lead vendor sourcing and evaluation including obtaining quotations and assessing pricing quality delivery terms and commercial conditions. |
| 主導供應商開發與評選包含報價取得及價格品質交期與商業條件之評估 |
| Manage and create procurement processes including issuing RFQs POs and overseeing order confirmations and delivery schedules. |
| 管理及建立採購流程包含發出採購需求RFQ採購訂單PO並掌控訂單確認與交貨時程 |
| Monitor order execution and delivery performance ensuring timely fulfillment and effective coordination with internal stakeholders. |
| 監督訂單執行與交貨績效確保準時交付並與內部單位保持有效溝通 |
| Maintain and govern procurement records and systems including supplier databases and product catalogs. |
| 管理與維護採購相關資料與系統包括供應商資料庫與產品目錄 |
| Take ownership of procurement-related contract negotiation and management ensuring contractual compliance and risk control. |
| 全權負責採購相關合約之談判與管理確保合約遵循並控管風險 |
| Partner with internal departments to understand procurement needs technical specifications and business requirements. |
| 與內部單位協作掌握採購需求技術規格及業務目標 |
| Handle and resolve supplier-related issues including delivery delays quality concerns and invoicing discrepancies. |
| 主責處理供應商交期品質及發票等相關問題 |
| Develop implement and continuously improve procurement policies procedures and best practices. |
| 規劃建立並持續優化採購政策流程與最佳實務 |
| Prepare procurement reports and perform budget monitoring and cost analysis to support management decision-making. |
| 編製採購報告執行預算控管與成本分析支援管理決策 |
| Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost quality and supply continuity. |
| 規劃並執行採購策略以優化成本品質與供應穩定性 |
| Manage key suppliers and establish long-term partnerships to ensure performance and reliability. |
| 管理關鍵供應商並建立長期合作關係確保供應績效與穩定性 |
| Identify and mitigate procurement and supply chain risks including single-source dependencies. |
| 辨識並降低採購及供應鏈風險包括單一供應來源風險 |
| Ensure procurement activities comply with internal controls audit requirements and applicable regulations. |
| 確保採購作業符合內控制度稽核要求及相關法規 |
| Provide procurement support for projects including contract and commercial input during project execution. |
| 於專案執行期間提供採購合約及商業條件相關支援 |
| Analyze procurement data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance process efficiency. |
| 分析採購數據提出流程改善與效率提升建議 |
| Establish procurement governance and frameworks to support future organizational growth. |
| 建立採購治理架構與制度支援組織未來成長 |
Qualifications 所需資格
Proven administrative support preferably in a technical or offshore wind-related industry.
具備專案協調或行政支援相關經驗具備技術或離岸風電的相關產業背景尤佳
Strong organizational and communication skills.
良好的組織能力與溝通能力
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
能同時處理多項任務並適應專案進度變化
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint.
熟悉 Microsoft Office 工具與 SharePoint 操作
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
注重細節並具備良好的問題解決能力
Language skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
語言能力具備英語與中文能力者佳
