PI Sr manager

Description

The OMT PI Senior Manageris responsible forestablishingand continuously improving the performance of the Process Integration and Yield Enhancement KPIs to achieve Best-in-Class performance. This role encompasses not only local responsibilities but also includesoverseaactivities related to the start-up and transfer ofnew technologyproducts. Additionally it involves providing technical support in collaboration with cross-functional departments and partners to achieve benchmark performances in Safety TTMCY TTQ CT and Cost. As a Senior Leader you willparticipatein the selection development and maintenance of a high-value workforce while also fostering technical and leadership growth. Furthermore thePI Senior Manager will work closely with Technology Development Operation Central Teams and Network Business Partners toestablishstandards that meetMicron Goals.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and environmental protocols as well as Fab Disciplines tocomply withregulations and proactively reduce incidents thereby achieving company goals.

• Lead andengagethe integration team fornew technologytransfer andthe execution ofderivative DIDs.Work closelywithcross-functional teamson theprocessoptimization to improveyield and efficiency through continuous improvement. Manage DRAM cross-site process flow anddefineclearandaccurateprocess targets for inline and electrical product SPECs.Applythe Quality Output and Cost programin line withthe business planofMicrons expectations.

• As an NPI (New Product Introduction) Steward you will coordinate the creation of New Products Travelers reticle ordering Q-time setup Germ process SPC setup startup process conditions and lead-lot plans.Alsomanage wafer shipmentlogisticsbetweenfabs including swap lots and fab-to-faboffloads. Additionally engage with the PDT team Fab SIC and QA to deliver qualified material on time ensuring the correct BKMqualprocess.as well as managing multiple customer audits of NPIsession.

• Adopt a Model-Based-Problem-Solving approach to boost domain knowledge and technicalskills while spotting innovation opportunitieswithstrategic thinking.Conductregular1:1conversationand skip-level communications to understand and supportteamneeds to achieve businessplan. Set realistic performance and developmentgoalsfor you and your team members for annual performancereviews anddevelop asuccessionplanfor this role and M1/Lead positions.
  

Requirements

• Experience in DRAM process integration and advanced technology node knowledge including process flows structure probe and backend data is preferred.

Education

• Mastersdegree and abovein anEngineering & Technical field(Electrical Engineering MicroelectronicsPhysicsorrelated fields) orequivalent experienceis.
