Performs technical tests and experiments for process of HBM NPI engineering in the wafer fabrication area of semiconductor manufacturers. Performs set-up of semiconductor processing equipment. Monitors audits and provides guidance to line operators.

Responsible for processes test runs disposition and prepares records charts and graphs of results to identify yield problems or test new products. Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.

Supports engineering activityies such as HBM NPI products derivatives develpoment to mass prductions.

Ensures tasks status is being updated and all relevant lot information is commented and passed down to next shift

The willingness and ability to work any shift (12-hour shifts) which includes weekends nights and holidays
