New Graduate Hiring Manufacturing Test Engineer

• Own manufacturing test activities for released products.
• Lead test program introduction and deployment in mass production.
• Analyze NPI test data after R-Gate release and provide feedback to cross-functional teams.
• Lead debugging qualification Gage R&R (MSC) analysis and release of duplicate test hardware.
• Manage first-line disposition of hold lots including low yield QA failures and other test-related issues.
• Develop and optimize testing processes documentation and best practices in collaboration with process owners.
• Drive test automation projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency test coverage and product quality.

Required Qualifications

• Within 2 years of working experience in relative field.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering is preferred.

• Solid understanding of software/system testing methodologies

• Familiarity with Linux environments and command-line operations

• Experience with machine language (e.g. Java C)

• Experience in system embedded hardware or manufacturing testing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for product quality

• English communication reading writing
