Marketing Specialist

In this role youll play a key part in Product Marketing & Department working alongside a dynamic team that values innovation collaboration and continuous growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Plan and execute product launch and growth strategies across consumer channels (including e-commerce and offline retail such as pharmacies) ensuring achievement of commercial objectives

• Develop and implement integrated multi-channel marketing plans (online & offline) to drive brand awareness consumer penetration and sales conversion

• Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns including digital marketing content development and social media engagement to strengthen brand presence

• Monitor and analyze channel and campaign performance (e.g. traffic conversion rates sales data) providing actionable insights and continuous optimization

• Build and manage KOL/influencer engagement strategies establishing long-term partnerships to enhance brand credibility and consumer trust

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. sales regulatory) to ensure effective execution aligned with business and compliance requirements

• Work closely with distributors and channel partners to gather market insights validate strategies and optimize go-to-market execution

• Support product commercialization initiatives across the portfolio and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

To be successful you will:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in digital consumer marketing including advertising digital media and performance tracking

• Experience in e-commerce or consumer healthcare/consumer product categories is plus

• Familiarity with social media management and KOL/influencer collaboration

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data track performance and generate actionable insights

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook) with strong presentation and reporting skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners

• Ability to independently plan and execute marketing campaigns manage multiple projects and coordinate resources effectively
