Role Overview:

成功的人選將負責活動素材管理活動頁面建置與維護以及合作夥伴專屬追蹤連結的建立與管理確保各項行銷活動能夠順利執行並符合業務需求此外此職位亦需提供行政與營運支援作為內部團隊與外部供應商之間的重要溝通橋樑透過高效的專案管理與協作能力提升整體營運效率並推動專案成功落地.

What You Will Do:

• 供應商對帳與請款管理Vendor Reconciliation and Payment Operations負責每月活動成本對帳發票收集及請款作業確保帳務資料正確性並符合公司流程與規範
• 合約管理與法務協調Contract Administration and Legal Coordination管理合約及委刊單流程協調內部法務審閱與合作夥伴溝通條款內容並負責合約簽署與用印作業
• 活動素材與活動頁管理Campaign Asset and Landing Page Management統籌活動素材管理活動頁面維護及合作夥伴專屬追蹤連結建置支援活動執行與成效追蹤
• 跨部門協作Cross-functional Collaboration與法務財務採購產品營運團隊及外部供應商密切合作協調資源並確保專案順利推進
• 專案協調與執行Project Coordination and Execution同時管理多項專案與時程規劃追蹤工作進度與交付成果促進利害關係人之間的有效溝通
• 營運管理與資源調度Business Operations and Resource Management負責工作派遣Dispatch與資源分配提升團隊營運效率確保業務需求獲得即時且有效的支援
• 商務營運支援Commercial Operations Support提供商務團隊端到端的行政與營運支援優化內部作業流程協助團隊專注於業務開發及合作夥伴經營

Essential Qualifications

• 具備學士學位或同等實務工作經驗
• 具備 3 年以上行銷營運Marketing Operations商務營運Business Operations供應商管理Vendor Management專案協調Project Coordination或相關領域工作經驗
• 具備合約管理發票請款對帳作業及行政流程管理相關經驗
• 具備優秀的專案管理與組織能力能同時管理多項任務及優先事項
• 具備良好的溝通與利害關係人管理能力能有效與內部團隊及外部合作夥伴協作
• 注重細節能確保營運流程及財務作業的準確性與完整性
• 熟悉 Microsoft Office 軟體操作尤其是 Excel 與 PowerPoint
• 具備高度自我驅動力主動積極的工作態度能在快速變動的環境中獨立作業並解決問題

Preferred Qualifications:

• 具備行銷活動促銷專案或合作夥伴計畫Partnership Program執行與支援經驗
• 熟悉合約管理採購流程或法務審閱作業流程
• 具備與法務財務產品營運及商務團隊等跨部門協作經驗
• 了解活動成效追蹤活動頁面Landing Page管理或數位行銷營運相關知識
• 具備優秀的分析與問題解決能力能主動發掘流程改善機會並提升營運效率
• 具備電子商務E-commerce數位平台媒體科技或網際網路產業相關工作經驗者佳
• 能在多項專案及緊迫時程下有效安排工作優先順序並快速因應業務需求變化
• 具備供應商關係管理及外部合作夥伴溝通協調經驗者佳
