Role Overview

本職位負責中段運輸Middle Mile / Linehaul之規劃與優化透過數據分析與需求預測轉換為可執行的運輸與運力配置計畫提升整體配送網路效率並降低營運成本
此角色需與跨部門緊密合作確保運輸規劃精準執行穩定並持續推動流程與效能優化

What You Will Do

• 負責中段運輸規劃Linehaul之執行與協調確保符合營運與作業需求
• 依據預測需求Forecast制定運輸路線與運力配置計畫
• 分析運輸路線Route / Lane產能運輸效率與成本數據提出優化建議
• 辨識運輸規劃中的風險限制條件與取捨Trade-offs提升整體效益
• 支援不同情境規劃Scenario Planning包含高峰期需求波動及網路調整
• 建立並優化報表分析工具與Dashboard提升決策效率與預測準確度
• 與營運物流及相關團隊密切合作確保運輸計畫順利落地

Basic Qualifications

• 3年以上運輸規劃運力規劃或營運規劃相關經驗
• 具備數據分析與建立規劃模型的實務經驗
• 具備良好邏輯與數據導向思維能獨立進行問題分析與解決
• 細心且具備多工處理能力能同時管理多項規劃任務
• 熟悉 Excel進階功能或 Google Sheets
• 具備 SQLPython 或資料視覺化工具如 Tableau使用經驗

Preferred Qualifications

• 工業工程物流供應鏈管理商管相關科系背景
• 具備中段運輸Middle Mile或幹線運輸Linehaul經驗
• 曾參與高運量時效要求高的營運環境如電商物流
• 具備基本英文溝通能力
