職務概述Role Overview
此職位負責管理 Coupang 物流網路中的 Middle Mile中程運輸營運作業確保整體運輸網路維持穩定運作並達成成本效益最佳化
工作內容涵蓋即時營運監控KPI 與 LOS服務水準Level of Service管理以及與跨部門團隊和運輸合作夥伴密切協作以支持穩定的運輸產能及業務成長需求
工作內容Job Description
1. 工作職責What You Will Do
a. 營運績效管理
- 管理 Coupang 各物流中心之間 Middle Mile 運輸路線的關鍵營運指標KPI
- 持續監控運輸服務品質與營運績效確保達成目標
b. 運輸監控與營運管理
- 透過派車系統Dispatch System監控貨車發車到車及運輸狀況
- 運用營運數據分析確保運輸作業穩定並提升成本效益
- 即時掌握運輸異常狀況確保物流網路順暢運行
c. 問題處理與跨部門協調
- 主動發現並追蹤營運異常問題例如
- 車輛延誤到站
- 系統資料缺失
- 運輸異常事件
- 及時將問題升級Escalate至相關團隊並協助追蹤改善進度
基本資格條件Basic Qualifications
- 願意配合日班及夜班輪班工作
- 具 3 至 5 年運輸物流或相關產業工作經驗
- 熟悉 Microsoft Excel 操作包括
- 資料輸入與整理
- 基本公式運用
- 大學以上學歷
加分條件Preferred Qualifications
- 具物流或運輸營運管理相關經驗具 Team Leader / 基層主管經驗者尤佳
- 具備使用以下系統或工具的經驗
- 營運監控 Dashboard
- 車輛追蹤系統Vehicle Tracking System
- 運輸管理系統Transportation Management System TMS
- 具備於高時效高變動營運環境工作的經驗
- 具備基本英文閱讀及口語溝通能力
