1. Talent Management人才招募與發展

• 與用人單位合作釐清人才需求並制定招募策略
• 負責端到端招募流程包含候選人評估面試安排與錄用建議
• 洞察人才市場趨勢與競業狀況作為招募策略與薪酬建議之依據
• 經營並優化招募管道提升人才吸引力與招募成效
• 規劃與執行新人訓練及年度教育訓練計畫並管理訓練紀錄和追蹤成效
• 蒐集並分析組織訓練需求推動人才發展方案
• 作為在地 Learning & Development 窗口串接與落實總部培訓資源

2. People Operations人資行政與營運支持

• 負責新人報到流程包括文件準備帳號開通與人事系統建檔
• 維護與管理人力資源系統HRIS確保資料正確性與即時性
• 協助優化人資內部流程提升作業效率與員工體驗
• 支援日常人資行政作業與跨部門溝通協調

3. Business Partnering組織與人才夥伴支持

• 了解業務需求就組織運作團隊管理及人才留任與發展提供專業建議與支持
• 支援組織人力規劃確保人力配置符合業務發展需求
• 協助推動或參與人資相關專案支持組織持續成長

4. 其他集團公司主管指派任務
