The opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy as a HR and Marketing Intern and be an expert. This role allows you to gain in-depth knowledge of the specific market and provide our clients with the best-in-class product. Youll play a crucial role in making a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction and contribute to building a team/function. How youll make an impact
Assist with recruitment processes including posting job advertisements screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Help maintain HR records and databases ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various marketing channels including social media website and internal communications.
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Help with the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures presentations and newsletters.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance providing insights and recommendations.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
