Main Responsibilities:*

Deliver Sales Margin and Working Capital Targets

• Achieve Division sales margin GtN DSO and DOH

• objectives through disciplined planning and execution

Lead External Market Interface and Core Stakeholder Engagement

• Manage key distributor and customer relationships provide

• market intelligence to internal partners.

Build and Lead a HighPerforming Sales Organization

• Set goals monitor performance manage incentives recruit talent and develop capabilities through coaching and training

Drive Integrated GT Execution across Taiwan

• Conducts sales and cycle meetings to monitor progress drive

• improvement and deliver every day great execution

Ensure Strong Financial and Resource Governance

• Control salesrelated expense budgets and ensure efficient use of resources aligned with Division priorities.

Skills & Experience Required:*

• Education: Bachelors degree

• 20 years in / sales / distributor / Pharmacy operation role within the top FMCG companies.

• Other qualifications/certifications: Sales Management and leadership professional.
