8 years of software development experience with a full lifecycle of backend system development. Strong foundation in Core Java server-side technologies and Spring frameworks. Deep knowledge of event processing multi-threading enterprise integration patterns Web Services and REST architecture.

Extensive experience working on backend systems at large internet companies. Performance optimization experience with JVM SQL RPC and system-level tuning.

Deep expertise in growth methodologies with hands-on experience in growth user operations or product roles. Strong data analysis and business acumen to drive growth initiatives from conception through execution.

Hands-on technical leadership with over 50% time spent writing code. Ability to mentor junior developers establish technical standards and build high-performing teams.

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to influence across product business and operations teams. Preferred background at top-tier internet or Web3 companies.

Experience in AI applications and full-stack capabilities including frontend frameworks is a bonus.
