As a GQDEMRQA Compute RMA Lab Engineer you will have the outstanding opportunity to improve our system-level debug capabilities and contribute significantly to our ambitious goals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring flawless analysis and outstanding product quality making a tangible impact on the future of memory and storage solutions.

Your role will enhance our system-level testing (SLT) debug and analysis capacity. You will be essential in improving correlation with failure analysis outcomes to minimize false failures and repeated debugging cycles. This emphasis will help differentiate device package and system interaction failures making sure our processes are not only world-class but also rigorously accurate.

You will address engineering test requirements through detailed package-level physical failure analysis (PFA). Your expertise will be crucial in resolving engineering test requests and providing failure analysis for other groups including RMA. Your efforts will help us successfully implement solutions that improve overall efficiency.

With the growing demand from RMA FA requests engineering support validation and customer-related activities your role will be essential in supporting daily lab operations. You will optimize tool utilization and labor allocation ensuring we meet our ambitious goals with improved execution efficiency.

We need to improve our teams expertise in SLT/CRB ownership system-level debug and cross-domain FA knowledge. You will offer on-the-job training and technical mentorship decreasing reliance on a few specialists and boosting the overall teams skills. Your contributions will be key in developing a strong and well-informed team that can compete internationally.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skill
• Efficient computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Kit including Outlook OneNote Excel PowerPoint etc.)
• Basic understanding of electrical equipment e.g. TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry) 3D X-Ray CSAM (C-mode Scanning Acoustic Microscope) etc.
• Knowledge of using statistical tools and unix .
• Familiarity with Unix and/or ATE (Auto Test Equipment) preferred.
• Using AI/Leveraging Artificial Intelligence
