Job Summary

Global Supply Management

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • 3 years in supply chain or procurement within a global high-tech or electronics manufacturing company.
  • Understanding of supply chain fundamentals including Incoterms lead times and international trade documentation.
  • Be proficient in cost BoM modeling and reporting - understand clearly the assemblies subassemblies components MVA
  • Expert-level skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables complex formulas data visualization) and standard productivity suites (Google Workspace Word PowerPoint).
  • Candidate should have basic manufacturing process knowledge
  • Fluent in English with the confidence to present data and lead discussions with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Nice to have experience:

  • Manufacturing Operation knowledge NPI projects development global logistics material management contract management
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The Global Supply Management Candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
  • Utilize advanced Excel and Google Sheet to analyze data generate reports and maintain updated data
  • Deep dive in cost analysis for BOM cost and MVA and collaborate with suppliers and cross functional teams to ensure BOM accuracy.
  • Will co-ordinate with Contract Manufacturers Suppliers and internal cross-function teams.
  • Shall support strategic sourcing initiatives including discussions involving costing negotiation budgeting and supply chain management.
  • Process and manage quotes purchase orders and invoices
  • Closely work with our partners including Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers coordination conduct supplier and internal meetings for NPI/Sustaining projects warehouse audits inventory counts etc.
  • Will be given direction from a Senior GSM on activities from above noted responsibilities and will be expected to complete tasks efficiently and timely.

Education

  • Required: Bachelors Degree in Engineering Supply Chain Business or a related field
  • Preferred: MBA or relevant professional certifications
