As a Finance Partnering Manager in Global Finance at Haleon you will be offered a great breadth and depth of opportunity and challenge. Finance provides the partnership strategic guidance and support services that our business units need to operate efficiently and effectively. This enables them to focus on developing manufacturing and delivering medicines vaccines and products to the patient and consumers who need them. Whether supporting the commercial businesses one of the Global Support Functions or being part of the Corporate Finance team effective Finance Partnering at Haleon sits at the heart of all strategic and operational decisions providing insight shaping options and driving results. This provides a unique vantage point from which to truly understand Haleon as well as to experience a variety of the different business units and environments.

In this role you will be responsible for Performance Management for the business along with LOC/Market GM and SEAT Cluster FD:

1.E2E P&L BS cash flow ownership of statutory and management book in charge of internal external financial and tax audit ensure accounting & finance process compliance; Process owner for estimating and planning process Annual Plan Major Forecast updates and Rolling Forecasts

2.Drive consumption growth with strategic partnership to LOC/Market GM & LT strong partnership to market GM/LT to identify and unlock growth opportunities via but not limited to 1) Innovation 2) Digital Commerce 3) core growth via distribution Penetration and media/expert investment

3.Collaborate with GM & LT to implement Strategic Projects GTM Strategic Portfolio management etc.

4.Unlock investment efficiency to enable LOC/market sustainable growth: trade investment A&P investment including expert; gross margin management; overhead cost target deliver

5.Day to day strategic partnership to LOC/market GM and LT providing financial guidance and leadership in / not limited to the following areas: performance culture commercial Hygiene LOC/market risk assessment etc.

6.Strong partnership with Regional Stakeholders (HBS hub finance lead regional finance controller supply chain finance lead) to ensure SEAT Cluster/APAC OU E2E financial performance delivery

7.Member of SEAT finance leadership team own and drive cross SEAT performance management subjects and Lead Haleon Win As One Culture deployment in SEAT finance organization

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelors Degree and/or professional finance qualification (e.g. ACCA ACA CIMA CPA)
• Exposure and experience working in a finance function including providing financial partnership to a business area or team
• Demonstrated financial knowledge and experience including analysis evaluation forecasting strategic planning and decision making
• Direct experience with financial software and systems

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:

• MBA preferably in Management Finance or Accounting.
• Strong Analytics training or experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience managing or working with a global team and global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and compare complex data from multiple sources
• Demonstrated ability to determine and communicate the legal financial and ethical interpretation of industry regulated principles
