廠區總務服務與生活機能管理 General Affairs & Facility Services

機電系統維護管理 Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance

• 廠區服務機電系統維護包含電梯室內外照明衛浴修繕防水工程廠區內外天地牆維護
• Maintain facility systems including elevators indoor/outdoor lighting restroom repairs waterproofing and building structure maintenance

環境清潔維護管理 Cleaning & Environmental Maintenance

• 廠區清潔維護衛浴廚房室內外環境園藝水池垃圾清運
• Manage cleaning services for restrooms kitchens indoor/outdoor areas landscaping and waste disposal

交通與餐飲服務管理 Transportation & Catering Services

• 交通車規劃與外包商管理全年運行
• Plan and manage shuttle bus services and contractors
• 員工餐廳管理與外包商協調全年餐食供應
• Manage employee cafeteria operations and catering contractors

活動企劃與執行 Event Planning & Execution

• 籌畫並辦理廠區活動慶典祭祀員工活動
• Plan and organize plant events (celebrations ceremonies employee activities)
• 具備中英文上台主持能力負責活動主持與流程控管
• Ability to host events in both Mandarin and English ensuring smooth event flow

外包商管理 Vendor Management

• 清潔餐廳交通車外包商管理
• Manage cleaning catering and transportation contractors

跨部門協調與營運支援 Cross-Department Coordination & Operational Support

• 擅長溝通協調跨部門整合具團隊合作精神
• Strong communication skills cross-functional coordination and teamwork
• 能配合假日出勤加班確保工廠營運不中斷
• Able to work overtime or weekends when necessary to ensure plant operations.
