緊急應變管理

緊急應變管理涵蓋異常事件的處理通報及系統建檔並透過持續的改善追蹤與檢討會議進行成效檢視同時強化應變流程優化與跨部門溝通協調以確保整體應變機制之有效性與持續精進

稽核與風險管控

透過每日巡檢與專案性安全環保及消防稽核機制結合系統管理並強化高風險作業如局限空間動火及吊掛之查核作業以持續提升現場風險辨識與預防能力確保作業安全與營運穩定

作業與設備管理

透過進廠前安全檢查涵蓋設備車輛與危險品結合3R作業驗證拆管Decon及驗機機制並強化EHS相關儀器SCBA防護衣及消防設備之管理以確保作業前風險控管到位提升現場安全防護與應變能力

制度與訓練推動

透過ERT訓練與應變演練涵蓋初訓複訓及承攬商訓練結合消防與公共安全檢查機制並落實文件管理改善追蹤及總部報告作業以持續強化應變能力與管理效能確保整體安全體系之穩定運作與持續精進

核心能力

透過緊急應變與事故處理機制結合危害辨識與高風險作業管控並運用稽核與法規應用能力強化制度落實同時透過數據分析驅動持續改善以全面提升組織安全管理效能與風險防控能力

Qualifications

必須取得消防設備師(士)/職業安全管理師/ 職業衛生管理師/ 職業安全衛生管理員其中之一之證照

Education

消防安全職業安全與衛生環境工程環境管理或相關部門的學士學位 最低要求)
