What You Will Do

• Lead Coupangs real estate development and construction strategy across Taiwan supporting the companys rapid business expansion.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery including site selection feasibility studies design permitting construction and facility launch.
• Manage relationships with developers contractors consultants landlords and government agencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Partner with Operations Supply Chain Finance Procurement and Workplace teams to align facility development with business needs.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Architecture Real Estate or a related field.
• 10 years of experience leading large-scale construction real estate development infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Proven track record managing complex capital projects from planning through completion.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery contractor management budgeting permitting and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Logistics and supply chain facilities / Retail and commercial developments.
• Industrial and manufacturing engineering projects / Manufacturing plant construction.
• Large-scale civil infrastructure projects / Hospital and healthcare facility construction.
• Distribution centers fulfillment centers industrial parks and other large-scale operational facilities.
