Job Description:
PMIC IC design including Buck/Boost/LDO/Load Switch and other topologies. Focus on the projects of general DCDC converter storage power client or enterprise power solutions.
Products: PMIC and PLP / General DCDC Converters / General Load Switches / e-Fuse
Essential Functions:
- Works on mixed-signal power management IC design circuit synthesis from the transistor/resistor level up to the system level simulation layout supervision.
- Participates in the entire product development cycle from product definition through product release.
- SIMPLIS for behavior model.
- Assists ATE development with Design-For-Test methods.
Qualifications:
- PhD / MSEE with 3 years of Analog circuit design experience
- Has the experience in analog/power management design including each of one: buck/boost/buck-boost/high performance LDO/switching battery charger/Vcore multi-phase controller/LED driver for lighting/AC-DC converters having high voltage design experience can be the plus
- Has the experience in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design especially in ADC (SAR delta-sigma)/DAC/AFE/Amplifier/Op-amp design is also a plus
- Good verbal and written skills
