Context

Scope of work is on individual tasks and a single machine.

Coordination of activities that are well-defined and works under close supervision typically focused locally on individual tasks and primarily one machine.

Basic utilization of SAP.

Requirements

Requires flexibilty and openess to accommodate various work settings locations and interactions/collaborations with different colleagues.

Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Engineering or related field or equivalent working and thinking level and experience. Basic understanding of SAP/CAM/SMS systems and logistic processes is required.

Responsibilities

Problem analysis and escalation

Identifies issues and solves basic problems under close supervision.

Materials Coordination & Tool Tracking

Supports tracking and cordination of materials & tools for assigned tasks. Communicates shortages and ensures materials are staged per daily work plans.

Operational Governance

Supports service order tracking time writing and tracking tool calibration. Assists with timely closure (TECO) and follow up of open or aging orders.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Generates standardized reports and assists in data collection. Updates administrative records related to logistics tool calibration and service order status.

Stakeholder Management

Communicates with internal teams and supports stakeholder needs providing relevant and necessary information to the Project Lead for broader distribution.

Process Optimization (CI)

Signals gaps for improvement opportunities and reports to relevant stakeholders.

Knowledge Sharing & Training

Shares own findings and WoW with local peers while building basic knowledge of projects.

This position requires access to controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730 et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
