CNC Technician

The Role:

負責CNC加工設備之操作設定與基本維護確保產品依圖面及規範加工完成並符合品質與交期要求

Responsible for CNC machine operation setup and basic maintenance to ensure products are manufactured according to drawings and specifications while meeting quality and delivery targets.

In this role you will:

• 操作CNC機台如車床銑床進行產品加工Operate CNC machines (lathe milling) for part production

• 依照圖面與製程條件進行機台設定與程式調整Set up machines and adjust programs based on drawings and process requirements

• 進行首件確認與製程中自主檢驗尺寸量測Perform first article inspection and in-process measurements

• 維持加工品質並即時進行異常回報與問題排除Maintain machining quality and report/resolve abnormalities

• 配合生產排程完成工單並確保交期Follow production schedule to meet delivery timelines

• 執行機台日常保養與5S/6S現場管理Conduct daily machine maintenance and maintain 5S/6S standards

• 配合主管指示執行其他相關工作Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
  

• 遵循工廠6S管理與環境安全衛生規範並即時回報異常狀況Comply withfactory 6S management and EHS (Environmental Health & Safety)standards andpromptly report any abnormalities.

• 出勤時間四班二輪班(08:00-20:00/20:00-08:00)Working hours:4B2Rshift (08:00-20:00/20:00-08:00).

• 執行主管交辦之其他工作任務或事項Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervisors.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

• 高中職以上機械相關科系佳
  High school diploma or above (Mechanical background preferred)

• 具CNC加工相關經驗13年以上尤佳
  13 years CNC machining experience preferred

• 可看懂機械圖面2D/3D
  Ability to read mechanical drawings

• 熟悉量測工具游標卡尺分厘卡等
  Familiar with measuring tools (caliper micrometer)

• 具備基本程式概念如G code/M code尤佳
  Basic knowledge of CNC programming is a plus

• 具責任感細心且能配合輪班/加班
  Responsible detail-oriented and flexible for shift/overtime

• 有CNC證照或相關技能檢定者佳
  CNC certification is a plus
