Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd. is currently seeking applicants for an Chief Engineer Product Engineering to join our growing this position the successful candidate will be responsible for Rectifier Products Qualification Cost and Marketing inquiries.

What you will be doing:

• Product Qualification on New development and Product/Process Change validation
• Customer spec review and provide suggestion spec limit to Prod Marketing and Regional Marketing.
• Review/highlight product yield variance
• Build up test spec test program p/n.. in system
• Review Product STD yield in BOM

What you will bring along:

• Bachelors degree or above in Electrical or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Semiconductor
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
• Familiar in the steps of product development through mass production
• Good communication and coordination
