職務說明

市場開發與客戶關係管理

• 負責北區市場開發與客戶拜訪建立並維護良好客戶關係
• 主動發掘客戶需求提供適切的解決方案與服務建議
• 定期追蹤既有客戶提升客戶滿意度及續約機會

商機管理與專案協調

• 負責商機開發案件追蹤及銷售機會管理
• 協助客戶需求確認報價製作合約處理及相關專案協調工作
• 與內部技術稽核及營運團隊合作確保專案順利執行

客戶服務與行政管理

• 負責客戶聯繫案件管理及相關行政文書作業
• 蒐集市場資訊與客戶回饋掌握產業趨勢與商機發展方向
• 協助政府標案專案計畫或相關文件準備與追蹤作業

個人特質與能力

具積極主動的工作態度樂於與客戶互動及建立長期合作關係 具良好溝通表達能力及跨部門協調能力 做事細心穩健負責具良好的時間管理與執行能力 具備獨立作業能力能妥善規劃拜訪行程與案件進度 具B2B業務開發客戶服務或政府標案專案管理經驗者尤佳 對數位信任資訊安全AI治理企業管理或國際標準等領域有興趣者尤佳

條件要求

工作經歷23年以上相關工作經驗 學歷要求大學以上 科系要求商業管理行銷國際貿易公共行政或相關科系尤佳 語文條件

• 英文聽說讀寫中等以上

擅長工具

• ExcelPowerPointWordTeams或相關線上會議軟體

工作技能

• 業務開發與客戶關係管理
• 商機開發與案件追蹤
• 提案與簡報能力
• 專案管理與跨部門協調
• 文件撰寫與行政管理

其他條件

具政府標案採購案件或公部門業務開發經驗者尤佳 熟悉政府企業採購流程投標文件準備及履約管理者尤佳 具B2B業務開發經驗者優先 具汽車駕照並可配合北區客戶拜訪者尤佳 具高度責任感抗壓性及團隊合作精神
