Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds leading blockchain ecosystem. Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing social media accounts (Twitter Xiaohongshu Wechat channels etc.) 管理公司社交媒体账号Twitter小红书视频号等
- Create curate and schedule engaging content. 创作策划并定期发布优质内容
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages.监控社交媒体动态回复评论和消息
- Perform market research and analyze social media trends.进行市场调研分析社交媒体趋势
- Support in planning and executing social media campaigns.支持社交媒体活动的策划和执行
- Track and report on key metrics to measure success.追踪和报告关键数据衡量推广效果
Requirements:
- Successful experience in growing social media accounts especially in videos Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) or AI-related content is preferred. 有社交媒体相关账号成功增长经验视频小红书AI方向为佳
- Proficient in using mainstream AI tools for content creation (e.g. visuals copy video) 熟练使用主流AI工具进行内容创作包括图片文案视频等
- Experience in social media content creation with the ability to independently produce creative content. 社媒内容创作经验能够独立生产创意内容
- Very strong execution ability and quick response skills. 有极强的执行能力和反应速度
- Experience or awareness in communication and user service.具备沟通服务用户的经验或意识
- Basic industry knowledge and a good understanding of industry trends and hotspots; deeper involvement in transactions and on-chain activities is a plus. 有行业基础对行业知识和热点有充分的了解交易链上深度玩家加分
