About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what its like to work at the worlds leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP there will also be opportunities for networking and development which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsibilities / 岗位职责:

Assist with creative merchandise (swag) sourcing for global campaigns proposing innovative product combinations across various themes.
协助全球周边项目的创意选品能够提供多主题的创新搭配
Support communication with vendors and designers evaluate materials and production techniques and follow up on sample development and production.
参与周边设计沟通材质工艺评估及样品打样跟进
Leverage AI tools to assist with data analysis merchandise selection cost estimation and competitor merchandise benchmarking.
熟练使用 AI 工具辅助数据分析选品分析成本测算及竞品周边监测
Consolidate merchandise requirements from different regions track project progress provide status updates and assist with inventory management.
协助整理各地区周边需求跟踪项目进度并及时反馈同时协助库存管理

Requirements / 岗位要求:

Strong creativity in merchandise and gift curation with the ability to quickly develop multiple well-thought-out product bundle ideas.

Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong execution skills.

Prior experience in merchandise production promotional products corporate gifts or branded merchandise is preferred.
