Advisor, Talent Acquisition

The Role:

We are looking for a Talent AcquisitionAdvisorto support hiring activities in Taiwan on a 1year contract.

In this role you will:

• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team

• Support recruitment for engineering andDLroles

• Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination

• Support planning and execution of recruitment and hiring events

• Maintain recruitment data reports and documentation

• Support daily TA operations and internal coordination

• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

• Experience in talent acquisition; experience in technology or manufacturing industries is a plus.

• Strong communication skills;enjoysengaging with candidatesand cross-functional team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
