Role Summary
Responsible for end-to-end Taiwan payroll operations ensuring accuracy compliance and timely delivery while supporting payroll accounting reporting audits and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly payroll processing including salary calculation variable pay and deductions
Handle off-cycle payments such as bonuses commissions and other special payments
Perform payroll reconciliation reporting and journal entries
Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities
Resolve payroll discrepancies and handle employee inquiries
Ensure compliance with tax labor and statutory requirements
Support audits tax filings and regulatory requests
Drive process improvements and support payroll system enhancement
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
3 years of payroll HR operations or accounting experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with payroll systems (e.g. SAP Workday Digiwin)
Familiar with Taiwan labor laws and tax regulations
Detail-oriented proactive and able to work independently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Fluent in English and Chinese
