Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end Taiwan payroll operations ensuring accuracy compliance and timely delivery while supporting payroll accounting reporting audits and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing including salary calculation variable pay and deductions

• Handle off-cycle payments such as bonuses commissions and other special payments

• Perform payroll reconciliation reporting and journal entries

• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities

• Resolve payroll discrepancies and handle employee inquiries

• Ensure compliance with tax labor and statutory requirements

• Support audits tax filings and regulatory requests

• Drive process improvements and support payroll system enhancement

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field

• 3 years of payroll HR operations or accounting experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with payroll systems (e.g. SAP Workday Digiwin)

• Familiar with Taiwan labor laws and tax regulations

• Detail-oriented proactive and able to work independently

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Fluent in English and Chinese
