The position is responsible for:

• Prepare / review schedules and supporting for month/quarter/year-end closing as well as half-year/year-end consolidation to ensure smooth accounting operations
• Conduct reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts to ensure accurate monthly financials
• Prepare DSO and DPO as well as aging analysis and relevant supporting under each monthly reporting cycle
• Review monthly reconciliation of AR/AP module and GL in SAXO
• Review and analyze accounting records (AR AP G/L) and financial statements
• Prepare annual statutory & tax filing and TP documentation to Tax Authorities
• Supervise the invoicing process & subsequent collection during the course of daily operations
• Review financial setup and maintenance in SAXO
• Supervise daily AR/AP & GL processes as well as fixed assets cycle
• Any ad hoc assignments assigned by the management

• Improve the accuracy of accounting reporting
• Identify and automate the manual accounting reporting & processes through
  • Raise & recommend the opportunities for process digitization/automation
  • Assess & challenge the current ways of working and identify the gaps in daily operations
• Ensure effective team collaboration & communication with different stakeholders

Qualifications:

You have 8 years accounting experience in a similar function

You obtained a bachelors degree in accounting Finance Business with an emphasis in Accounting or a related field.

You have demonstrated:

• Excellent excel experience in ERP Microsoft Office applications
• Solid knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS
• Proven exposure in bookkeeping & reporting
• Proven experience in people management and team development
• Ability to work under pressure and be a good team-player
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive with extra mile mindset
• Native Mandarin proficiency and business-level English fluency
