Our operator business Boostbar is expanding its footprint across Switzerland and we need a high-energy Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale. This isnt a passive post-and-pray job - you will actively own a dynamic pipeline of 1015 positions at any given time.Your focus will be on sourcing our autonomous frontline talent technicians and merchandisers.

We arent looking for standard LinkedIn Recruiter keyword spamming. We want a proactive hunter who brings fresh innovative and non-traditional sourcing strategies to the table to find the client face important people who are the key to our success operator business forward from St. Gallen and Zurich to Geneva.

What Youll Do

  • Manage the Surge: Confidently own and drive the recruitment cycle for 1015 open positions simultaneously.
  • Think Outside the Boolean: Proactively suggest and execute innovative non-standard search methods (e.g. hidden communities creative networking competitive intelligence) to find passive talent.
  • Hunt & Hook: Actively scout and engage top-tier talent tailored specifically for the Swiss operator market.
  • Local Navigation: Leverage your understanding of regional dynamics (DACH/Romandie) to find the perfect cultural and professional fits.
  • Speed & Quality: Dedicate 34 focused days a week to match freelance agility with corporate excellence.

What Youll Bring

  • The Creative Hunter: You dont rely on basic job boards. You are proactive curious and constantly experimenting with new ways to source elite talent.
  • The Multi-Tasker: You dont sweat a busy pipeline; managing 10 roles at once is your sweet spot.
  • Language Polyglot: German native speaker is a must and French is highly required (very very needed) to successfully navigate the Romandie region. English is our company language.
  • The Facilitator: You dont just find candidates; you excel at guiding aligning and facilitating the hiring teams ensuring a smooth and coordinated recruitment process from start to finish.
