Senior Product Manager AI Agent

Were hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a core area of Spark from problem definition through measured outcome in production. 

Youll join a dedicated Spark product group where each product manager owns a distinct part of the agent working alongside the engineering applied AI and design specialists who build it. You wont be the only person in the room who understands agentic systems. Youll have peers who have shipped autonomous AI at enterprise scale and youll be expected to raise their game as much as they raise yours.

What Youll Do 

• Own the strategy roadmap and delivery for your area of Spark. 

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand what employees actually experience not what the ticket data claims they experience. 

• Partner daily with engineering applied AI and design to ship agent capabilities that are reliable safe and observable. Autonomous action on an employees device is a high-trust operation so youll help define the guardrails as much as the features. 

• Define how success is measured and be rigorous about what the data supports and what it doesnt. 

• Turn ambiguity into sequenced defensible priorities then communicate them clearly enough that engineering sales engineering and leadership all reach the same conclusion. 

• Stay close to the frontier of agentic AI and translate whats newly possible into what we should build next. 

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For 

Essential 

• 5 years in product management including enterprise B2B SaaS shipped at scale. 

• Experience shipping products where you have personally participated in evaluation design strategy experimentation and iterative optimization. 

• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguity into clear priorities and to say no with a reason. 

• Fluency with data. You can query it yourself and you push back when framing outruns evidence. 

• Excellent written and spoken English with the range to move between an engineering standup and an executive pre-read. 

Nice to have 

• Background in ITSM IT operations or digital employee experience. 

• Experience with proactive engagement products such as notifications campaigns and nudges where the hard problem is earning attention without becoming noise. 

• Experience with conversational or channel integrations (Teams ServiceNow voice).
