The Project Management Analyst will be a part of the MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization and will support the Project Management activities as part of the Transcend transformation programs a series of highly complex multi-year business and technology transformation initiatives.

The candidate will support for overall project methodology project planning project management risk management and change management.

This role acts as the primary support to the EMEA PMO Senior Manager.

Major Responsibilities:

• Monitor project plans and ensure all tasks meet PMO quality standards.
• Monitor RAID log and ensure all items meet PMO quality standards.
• Provide requested support to Senior Manager PMO for project activities and deliverables.
• Facilitate execution of Stage Gate methodology including scheduling reviews ensuring proper readiness and facilitating Gate review discussions.
• Support the gathering and distribution of project status materials.
• Facilitate communication across teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Project Management tools (eg: MS Project / Jira etc.)
• Gather analyze and interpret project data (KPIs budgets timelines resource utilization etc.).
• Prepare dashboards metrics and reports for stakeholders to support datadriven decisionmaking.
• Identify trends risks and improvement opportunities based on quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Escalate blockers and support project teams in developing action plans.
• Support development of templates documentation standards and best practices.
• Support meetings by preparing materials documenting discussions and capturing action items.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Business Project Management IT or related field.
• 13 years of experience in project coordination analytics or operations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel Power BI or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Project or comparable project planning tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Experience working on a large-scale Supply Chain project
• SAP background / experience
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall hybrid).
• Certification such as CAPM PMP or Six Sigma (a plus).
• Position Location can vary. Other J&J MD office locations in EU may be considered.
• Requires Travel: up to 25% Travel
