Administrative Assistant - SW
Reporting to: EU Controller Europe
Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) provides power circuits for systems found incloud computingtelecom infrastructureautomotiveindustrial andconsumer applications.
MPS is seeking an energetic efficient self-motivated and resourceful team player to be a member of its Administration staff supporting our local office activities in Schaffhausen Switzerland.
Essential Functions:
:
SAP Concur (Travel and Expense) key user supporting Travel Expense reimbursement end to end.
Works closely with Accounting and Finance teams supporting AP and AR operations.
Invoice entries reconciliation of accounts.
Coordination with Facilities team vendors and service providers.
Purchase requests and office/marketing supplies
Manages correspondence
Supports travel arrangements
Supports event organization.
Supports training and onboarding.
Supports Health and Security plan implementation and document maintenance.
Supports ESG reporting.
Supports for ad hoc projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS/BA degree in business administration or related field
>3 years experience
Very good knowledge of Excel Power Point Teams and other MS applications.
Fluent in German English and French.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization skills.
