Your Tasks
As external oData Architect (m/f/d) these are your tasks:
Together with Strategy and M&A you areresponsible for corporate finance projectssuch as: M&A transactions IPOs minority-squeeze-outs and dividend policies
Youadvise DT top management from a financial and game-theoretical perspectiveon spectrum auctions (business-case bid-limits bid-strategies for SMRA/CCA/) and are responsible for project management
Youdevelop and apply complex financial models
Youderive DCF-valuationsfor the annual report of DT group (impairment test for IFRS and HGB)
Your Profile
As oData Architect(m/f/d)this is your profile:
Excellentacademic education in Economicswithfocus on Corporate Finance
MBA PhD or CPA would be beneficial but not mandatory
At least3-5 years of working experience in Corporate Financee.g. in the area of Investment Banking or Big4 Transaction Services
Expertise in telecommunications market mobile networks and ideally expertise in spectrum auctions
Ability to independently structure and solve complex business projects and teams
