Role Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Systems Software Engineer to join our this role you will do Proof-of-Concepts design develop and maintain high-quality software solutions that support our business needs with a focus on firmware device drivers hardware interfaces and real-time communication technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient applications while following best practices in software development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop test and maintain software applications ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers designers and other engineers to define and implement new features.
• Write clean scalable and maintainable code following best coding practices.
• Debug troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure software security data protection and compliance with company standards.

Required Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Agile Tech Fluency: Ability to move fluidly between different programming languages frameworks and operating systems without friction.
• Deep Analytical Thinker: Exceptional debugging and root-cause analysis skills with a passion for diagnosing complex software behaviors.
• Fundamentals First: Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals allowing you to adapt to new tools and environments rapidly.
• Communications: experience with WebRTC WebSockets REST APIs
• Low-level: experience in understanding and debugging firmware device drivers and USB

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.

Education & Experience:

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in software development (internships or full-time) is a plus but not required for junior roles.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: 550000 - 600000 base salary per year
• Bonus Plan
