SAP Test Manager

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As an SAP Test Manager you will play a key role in our deliveries to clients across various industries. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and manage end-to-end SAP testing activities including:
Test strategy
Test planning
Test execution
Defect management
Test reporting
Define QA governance processes testing standards and best practices.
Coordinate across business functional development and infrastructure teams.
Manage SIT UAT Regression Integration and Release testing cycles.
Ensure testing deliverables meet quality timeline and compliance requirements.
Drive SAP test automation initiatives
Build and maintain reusable automation frameworks for SAP applications.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

5 years in SAP testing leadership/management roles.
Strong experience in SAP testing across SAP ECC or S/4HANA landscapes.
Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
Experience managing large-scale integration and regression testing programs.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
Strong experience with automation tool Tricentis Tosca preferred
Experience with SAP automation frameworks and model-based testing.
Exposure to:
SAP Solution Manager
Jira / Azure DevOps / ALM
CI/CD integration
API and interface testing
SAP Activate methodology experience preferred.
