SAP BTP Consultant

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As an SAP BTP Consultant you will play a key role in our deliveries to clients across various industries such as Retail Manufacturing and Distribution. Your responsibilities will include:
Design and develop applications on SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry ABAP Environment)
Build side-by-side extensions using CAP and in-app extensions using ABAP (RAP)
Develop and enhance backend logic using ABAP CDS Views AMDP and OData services
Work with ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) for modern service development
Integrate SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP Integration Suite (CPI APIs Event Mesh)
Develop and customize SAP Fiori/UI5 applications
Work with SAP HANA Cloud for data modeling and persistence
Ensure clean core principles by decoupling custom logic from S/4HANA
Handle authentication authorization and security (IAS OAuth XSUAA)
Collaborate with functional teams to convert business requirements into scalable solutions
Troubleshoot and optimize application performance across BTP and ABAP stack

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

4 years of experience in SAP development
Exposure to SAP Build Workflow or Automation tools
Knowledge of Clean Core strategy
Strong hands-on experience in:
ABAP (OO ABAP RAP CDS Views OData)
SAP BTP services (Cloud Foundry ABAP Environment)
Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5
Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
Understanding of RESTful services and API-based architecture
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines

You are great at building strong relationships and quickly understanding new situations. You enjoy working with others are attentive and supportive and like to challenge yourself.
