Were looking for a Junior Software Developer to join one of our DevOps teams at our R&D site in Linköping. Youll help us build and operate backend services for high-quality video management software for both cloud-based and on-prem solutions and youll do it alongside experienced colleagues who are eager to help you grow.

Who is your future team

As a team we take end-to-end responsibility for our software services. From development and testing to deployment and maintenance. We believe in learning together sharing knowledge and continuously improving how we work.

What youll do here as a Software Developer

As a developer in the team you will contribute to building and refining our products while growing your skills across the full stack. Youll be supported by experienced colleagues and have access to modern development tools including AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot to help you be productive and learn faster.

The responsibilities of the role include:

• Participate as a dedicated team member in everyday teamwork and agile ceremonies

• Contribute to designing and implementing features across the full stack

• Write well-structured testable and maintainable code

• Collaborate with different stakeholders and development teams

• Take part in code reviews testing and continuous integration

• Together with colleagues drive continuous improvement of our development practices

• Learn explore and bring new ideas to the team

Who are you

We believe you are a motivated developer who is eager to learn and grow. You enjoy working in a team youre not afraid to ask questions and you take pride in delivering quality work. You dont need to know everything but you should have a solid foundation and a genuine curiosity for software development.

Wed love to hear that you have:

• A relevant engineering degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or similar

• Some professional or academic experience in software development

• Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g. Go Rust TypeScript )

• A collaborative mindset and good communication skills

Its a bonus if you also have:

• Experience working in agile or DevOps-oriented teams

• Familiarity with containerization (e.g. Docker Kubernetes)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Interest in or experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS)

• Experience in using agentic development tools
