We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer Packaging to strengthen our Packaging team on a 9-month fixed-term assignment covering a parental leave. The planned start is in August or September 2026.
What youll do at Thule
In the role of Graphic Designer Packaging you will develop design maintain and create print-ready packaging layouts in line with established brand guidelines. You will also support a variety of graphic design needs including the creation of labels headers hang tags and other packaging-related materials.
Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Managers Project Managers Packaging Engineers and Marketing to conceptualize and execute innovative packaging solutions. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Staying up to date with industry trends as well as the latest design and print technologies will be essential to drive innovation and continuous improvement. You will also coordinate with external suppliers and vendors throughout the development process to secure deliverables manage timelines and ensure quality standards.
Additionally you will be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation related to artwork specifications and production processes.
What you bring

You have an academic university degree in related fields and some documented experience of graphic design. We expect you have good knowledge in print techniques and master common graphic design tools such as Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign.
In addition you have an understanding for design principles and have a developed aesthetic sense. We also believe you have a structured and time efficient approach together with good creative problem solving skills. You have good knowledge in English both written and spoken. Experience of working with brand and design guidelines is a plus.
