As a Designer for Kappahl Kids you will be part of a passionate design team where creativity collaboration and fashion intelligence meet commercial thinking - and where your work ends up in the everyday lives of children and tweens across our markets

In this role your main responsibilities include:

Ensuring a commercial profitable and sustainable product range according to the design and assortment process in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Acting on the creative direction based on the target group brand vision and long-term design principles

Monitoring and analysing the current and future business environment to continuously develop work processes competence and the customer offer

Identifying and communicating with relevant stakeholders to secure a common view of dependencies and deliverables

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

A Bachelors degree in textile & fashion design or equivalent

Experience of similar tasks and responsibilities

Extensive knowledge of textile product development and materials

A keen eye for fashion trends and a strong fashion intelligence

High digital competence practical experience of relevant digital design tools and the ability to manage different systems

Fluency in English both spoken and written

As a person you are:

Creative with strong fashion skills

An engaging team player with strong collaboration skills

Driven structured and proactive with a strong ability to take initiative and deliver results

Able to adapt to a changing environment
