Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Field Service Engineer located in Solna Sweden.

Keyactivities:

Conduct all Field Sales Engineerresponsibilitiessecuresuccessfuldaily operation of all service applicationsin Nordics.Represent Depuy Synthes Medtech and our products in the robotic and digital industryand development ofthe service market in designated territory.Workswith Sales and Clinical to support difficult sales opportunities in providing Technical Service support asneededincluding providingtechnical education to all regional field staff.

Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities

  • Conduct all FSE responsibilities and allow successful daily operation of all service applications:

  • Represent Depuy Synthes Medtech and our products in the robotic and digital industry

  • Develop the service market in designated territory

  • Provide critical feedback to allow for own career growth

  • Manage all cost associated withday to dayoperations in the assigned region

  • Work with Sales and Clinical to support difficult sales opportunities in providing Technical Service support as needed.

  • Provide technical education to all regional field staff

  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting that allows for better resource management

  • Support various project assignments through implementation

  • Act as service liaison when working with various departments and organizations within J&J

  • Manage existing clients effectively to include acting as a technical resource for clinical staff working with thephysiciansone-on-one in procedures and troubleshooting customer relationships.

  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level

  • Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition

  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal State local and Company regulations policies and procedures

RequiredQualification

  • Effective English verbal and written communication skills.

  • PCproficiency.

  • Knowledge of Service management systems.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications toinclude:Word Excel and Access.

  • Self-motivated energetic and dynamic service individual

  • Independent individual who enjoys taking ownership of a territory

  • Superior service oriented

  • Positive professional image

  • Proven competence in managing client relationships effectively

  • Driving license (requirement)

Required Years of Related Experience:

  • Experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (preferrable)

  • 3 years combined experience in Commercial Engineering Operations or Service

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

kr482000.00 - kr776250.00
