Role Summary and Impact

Whatyoulldo

Werelooking for a Data Scientist to join our growing team in this role you will:

  • Take the lead in helping our clients understand and measure the true impact of their marketing investment using measurement methods such as Marketingmixmodeling(MMM).
  • You will collaborate closely with colleagues to transform technical output such as outputs from a model built using Python into clear actionable insights. Your work will involve packaging and presenting these findings in an engaging and accessible way to inform and inspire C-level stakeholders at some of the largest companies in the Nordics.
  • You will contribute to exciting and impactfulprojects andbe able to work on projects involving attribution modeling experiments and algorithm development while also contributing to the development of automated reporting tools and other innovative data science initiatives.

Skills and Experience

Requirements Please note that this is an entry-level position (02 years of experience) so the competence level of below requirements should align with skills gained through education or limited work experience.

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering Statistics Mathematics Economics or similar quantitativefield.
  • A curious and business-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn about (or prior knowledge of) the marketing industry.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Experiencewithprogramming (we use Python as our main coding language)
  • Experience applying analytical methods such as time series analysis statisticsmarketingmix modeling or econometrics.
  • You are fluent in both English and Swedish.
  • You have a validworkpermit in Sweden.

  • You have excellent skills in Excel and Powerpoint.

Nice to have

  • Practical experience ina datascience analytics consultant or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modeling.
  • Previousexperience of Bayesian statistics.

  • Experience with Cloud platforms SQL GIT Power BI or other relevant technologies.
