Undergraduate Trainee Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an Intern Talent Acquisition to perform various administrative tasks and support our Talent Acquisition teams daily activities. Intern - Talent Acquisition include recruitment administration and supporting HR life cycle activities. Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Update the Applicant Tracking system (ATS) 
• Prepare Talent Acquisition related reports as needed 
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days
• Creating attractive flyers presentations according to the IFS branding guidelines 

Qualifications :

• Be an undergraduate in Business Management Human Resources Management or an equivalent discipline. 
• Excellent interpersonal and both verbal and written communication skills.
• Be available for a full-time 06-month internship
