UIUX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces wireframes prototypes design systems and omni-channel user experiences aligned with business objectives
• Lead/support delivery activities while ensuring solutions meet project scope quality standards and business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners developers architects and stakeholders to ensure successful execution and effective communication
• Apply AI-assisted productivity tools and prompt engineering techniques to enhance analysis documentation design workflows and delivery efficiency
• Utilize AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and CodeWhisperer and leverage emerging AI frameworks where applicable to support productivity and innovation
• Support the generation and utilization of synthetic datasets for privacy-safe testing and validation where required
• Ensure compliance with Security-by-Design principles Secure SDLC practices and OWASP Top 10 awareness throughout the design and delivery lifecycle
• Support Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) including performance scalability availability reliability accessibility and overall user experience optimization
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure effective integration with modern frontend and mobile application technologies including React Angular Flutter Swift and Kotlin
• Follow modern engineering practices by utilizing Git CI/CD pipelines and automated documentation standards where applicable
• Identify and communicate risks blockers dependencies and technical debt proactively while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint reviews retrospectives AI-assisted reviews and team collaboration activities

Person Specifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline with 23 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Agile environments; exposure to Retail or Digital Transformation projects is an advantage
• Understanding of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot/CodeWhisperer and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools and understanding of UX principles
• Proficiency in or Angular with experience in Swift/Kotlin for native mobile development and/or Flutter for cross-platform applications
• Commitment to quality security and continuous learning
