Position: Sinhala Voice & QA Experts
Type: Contract
Compensation: $8$12/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: Hourly
Role Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls in Sinhala following provided scenarios.
- QA calls for accuracy tone clarity and naturalness.
- QA other Sinhala conversations and flag linguistic or quality issues.
- Provide clear written feedback.
- Participate in check-ins as needed.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Native or fluent Sinhala speaker.
- Based in Sri Lanka.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clear written communication.
Preferred
- Customer service experience.
- Data annotation / QA experience.
Start Date
- Immediate start; onboarding as soon as possible.
