Job Summary

About the Role
Were looking for a Senior NetSuite Developer who can own customizations integrations and complex scripting end-to-end. This is a strong fit for developers who are comfortable leading technical delivery independently translating business requirements into scalable SuiteScript solutions and mentoring less experienced developers on the team.

Key Responsibilities

Design build and deploy customizations using SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.x) SuiteFlow SuiteBuilder and SuiteTalk.
Lead technical delivery on NetSuite implementations upgrades and enhancement projects from requirements through go-live.
Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs middleware such as Celigo Boomi or MuleSoft).
Customize workflows custom records forms saved searches and dashboards to match business processes.
Partner with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
Manage SuiteCloud (SDF) deployments version control and release processes across sandbox and production environments.
Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and mentor junior developers on the team.
Troubleshoot performance issues script governance limits and data integrity problems across the platform.
Support core NetSuite modules - Financials Order-to-Cash Procure-to-Pay Inventory CRM - as required by the business.

Required Skills & Experience

5 years of hands-on NetSuite development: SuiteScript 2.x (SuiteScript 1.0 a plus) SuiteFlow SuiteTalk SuiteBuilder and SDF.
Strong core JavaScript fundamentals; comfortable working with asynchronous patterns and governance-constrained scripting.
Proven experience integrating NetSuite with external systems via REST/SOAP web services (JSON/XML).
Working knowledge of at least one core NetSuite module in depth - Financials CRM Inventory or Order Management.
Experience working across the full NetSuite implementation lifecycle - requirements build testing deployment and support.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

Preferred / Nice to Have

NetSuite certifications - SuiteFoundation SuiteCloud Developer II or NetSuite ERP Consultant.
Experience with NetSuite OneWorld and multi-subsidiary environments.
Familiarity with Celigo Dell Boomi or similar iPaaS integration platforms.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Prior experience across multiple end-to-end NetSuite implementations not just support/maintenance.
