Senior Executive Market Strategy & Planning

Hayleys Consumer is a subsidiary of Hayleys PLC which markets and distributes a wide range of world-renowned brands in Sri Lanka. We market brands such as Head & Shoulders Pantene Gillette Olay Pampers Sun Up Whisper Mabroc & Talawakelle tea brands Govi Aruna product etc.

Hayleys Consumer has been representing these brands in Sri Lanka for the past several years. Many of our brands are leaders in their respective categories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development and execution of customer and shopper marketing plans across relevant channels.

• Coordinate in-store activations promotional campaigns and visibility initiatives.

• Analyse shopper insights market trends competitor activities and campaign performance.

• Collaborate with Sales agencies customers and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

• Track activity budgets timelines and results and prepare performance reports

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Management or a related discipline.

• 35 years of experience in customer marketing shopper marketing trade marketing or a related role preferably within FMCG.

• Good understanding of retail channels shopper behaviour and in-store execution.

• Strong analytical communication presentation and coordination skills.

• A proactive and results-oriented team player with proficiency in MS Office.
