Senior Executive HORECA Sales

Hayleys Consumer is a subsidiary of Hayleys PLC which markets and distributes a wide range of world-renowned brands in Sri Lanka. We market brands such as Head & Shoulders Pantene Gillette Olay Pampers Sun Up Whisper Mabroc & Talawakelle tea brands Govi Aruna product etc.

Hayleys Consumer has been representing these brands in Sri Lanka for the past several years. Many of our brands are leaders in their respective categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HORECA sales strategies for Food & Beverages to achieve monthly and annual targets.

• Identify prospect and onboard new hotels restaurants cafés caterers and institutional clients; expand market coverage.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (F&B Managers Executive Chefs Procurement Heads).

• Conduct product presentations; manage key accounts and ensure high customer retention.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity; prepare sales reports forecasts and performance updates for management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality Management or a related field.

• 35 years proven HORECA sales or business development experience preferably in FMCG.

• Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally/internationally. self-motivated target-driven and able to work under pressure.
