Senior Business Analyst (Data & Master Data Management)

• Employment Type: Full-Time (2 Year Contract)
• Work Arrangement: Onsite (Colombo Sri Lanka)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Experience: 7 years BA experience on enterprise data integration CRM/ERP or transformation programs
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal (minimum 10/10 proficiency)
• Travel: The role requires occasional overseas travel with individual assignments of up to two weeks depending on project requirements.

Translate business-domain requirements and source-system realities into clear data definitions mappings governance decisions acceptance criteria and delivery backlog.

• Lead Customer/domain discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Define entities attributes identifiers relationships and business terminology.
• Document current-state and target-state data flows/processes.
• Create source-to-canonical mappings with engineers and architects.
• Facilitate attribute-authority survivorship and stewardship decisions.
• Capture data-quality rules exceptions and business acceptance thresholds.
• Maintain requirements traceability decisions and open questions.
• Support UAT acceptance criteria change impacts and training needs.
• Work with CRM/source SMEs to understand object models custom fields and operational usage.

• 7 years BA experience on enterprise data integration CRM/ERP or transformation programs.
• Strong workshop facilitation and requirements documentation.
• Understanding of data models identifiers mappings data quality and APIs.
• Ability to work with business Data Owners/Stewards and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Master Data Management/governance experience.
• HubSpot or enterprise CRM experience.
• Experience with certification supply-chain or multi-region business domains.
